It rules the Zodiac Sign Cancer, is exalted in Taurus, in fall in Scorpio, and in detriment in Capricorn. It has a yin quality and is represented by the Water element. When you meet someone who has the same Moon Sign as you, or in the same Element, you will generally just *get* each other and have an emotional understanding.
